A 3-day intensive introduction to project management workshop that gives a comprehensive overview of the main features, tools and techniques of project management.

This course is aligned to SAQA US 120385 - Apply a range of project management tools and techniques and builds on US 120372 - Explain the fundamentals of project management.

Delegates will work on case studies and apply the knowledge to their own work environment. Delegates will complete formative assessments in class and prepare a summative assessment in the form of a Portfolio of Evidence, which will be formally assessed and submitted to MICT Seta to be endorsed for these unit standards. There is an additional charge for this service which is included in your course fee.

Knowledge assumed to be in place below.  A baseline assessment will be done in class or online to test that this knowledge is in place.  If not, we recommend that a delegate come on our Project Management Fundamentals course to acquire the knowledge.  Any person who has project management experience should have this knowledge.
