This course covers the Specific Outcomes of the above Unit standards and is intended for those involved in education, training and development, and particularly in the implementation of training and development plans for organisations, and would suit skills development facilitators, training managers and human resource development practitioners. The course builds insight into how to support, or seek to support, skills development facilitation as well as how to oversee or manage education, training and skills development within organisations according to agreed development plans.
